PagerDuty and Slack Integration

When I integrate PagerDuty with a slack channel, only I can use commands like /pd trigger or everyone in the workspace can use /pd trigger in that integrated slack channel?

Hello Tun,

Any PagerDuty user in the Workspace should be able to trigger Incidents using the /pd trigger slash command in a Slack public channel.

Key words here are “PagerDuty User”. If you want non-PagerDuty Users to be able to trigger incidents, look at using Slack’s Workflow Builder to do this.
